Mayor Congratulates Ethel Phillips Students
Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson led the rallying chant, "Be nice! Work hard! Climb the mountain to college!" It was the end of year celebration for Reading Partners students, volunteers, staff and parents at Ethel Phillips Elementary School. The program completed its first year on campus and has become a central part of our club's Ethel's Village project.
